At Herts Pony Parties, we specialise in bespoke pony parties designed to delight children and bring their pony dreams to life. Whether you’re planning a birthday celebration or a special event, we offer a range of packages to suit every budget — all centered around our gentle, well-loved ponies.

June to August – Mobile Pony Parties Available

Make your summer event truly magical! From June through August, we can bring our gentle ponies to your home or chosen venue (within 15 miles of Graveley) for a truly unforgettable experience.

🎀 What’s Included:

  • Up to 2 hours of pony fun at your location
  • Children can groom, pamper, and dress up the ponies
  • All grooming kits and dress-up accessories provided
  • Optional appearance from our Fairytale Princess for added enchantment

🚫 Please note: Pony rides are not available for home parties due to safety regulations.

Packages

Detailed below are our standard packages. Everything can be tailored to your requirements. Call for a quote.

Option 1 – Bring Your Own Ponies

This is designed for children with their own ponies. This is for between 4 – 6 children and includes a 45 minute lesson with Leanne Brown followed by a break for lunch in the haybarn amongst the haybales (food provided by parents) then back in the school to be schooled around a small course of jumps. All levels are catered for and we can adapt the party to include flatwork or mounted games if the children do not want to jump.

Option 2 – Pony Dress Up Party

This package is for between 4-6 children at our yard. The children get a chance to know the ponies by brushing them and then decorating them with our colourful accessories. This is followed by a picnic party break in our haybarn (parents to provide food) before revisiting the ponies to brush them and undress them. Each child will then get to ride a pony on the lead rein. All elements of the party, except riding, can be undercover in the event of unfavourable weather. There is also the optional extra of having a fairy tale princess in attendance.

Option 3 – Home Party

From June to August we can bring a maximum of two ponies to your home within 15 miles of Gravely in Hertfordshire (subject to initial risk assessment). The children have the opportunity to groom, pamper and dress up the ponies. Lots of lovely photo opportunities. There is also the optional extra of having a fairytale princess in attendance. Please note we do not offer riding for home parties.

Pony Rides

We provide ponies for your event for pony rides. Call to discuss your requirements.

Custom Packages

We can offer custom packages adapted to your requirements. We would be happy to discuss this with you.

The ponies are also available to attend your event. This is a fantastic option that is proven to increase attendance. See details below or call to discuss.

All bookings must be accompanied by a £50 non refundable deposit to secure. Full payment must be received 14 days before the party.
